Poonch, Mar 23 (ANI): Indian Army personnel were seen celebrating Holi - the festival of colours - with locals of Poonch district in Jammu and Kashmir. The 12 Jat Regiment of the Indian Army celebrated the fun-filled festival with the locals of Poonch district. The army personnel were seen having fun with the children as they daubed them in powdered colours and splashed coloured water on each other. The locals and army-men also danced to folk numbers as they celebrated Holi.
