New Delhi, Mar 22 (ANI): Debutant director Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari's 'Nil Battey Sannata' has got appreciation across the globe in many international film festivals before the director decided to release it on the box-office window. To Tiwari's surprise, right after watching the film, Dhanush decided to remake the film in Tamil. This is the first time that a film will release along with its regional version.Though the story will remain the same, the film will have cultural differences according to the place. Tamil remake will star Amala Paul and Revathi reprising the roles of Swara Bhaskar and Ratna Pathak Shah. 'Nil Battey Sannata', which means good for nothing, is a story about a single mother who enrolls in the same school as of her daughter to study further.The film will release on April 22.
