Dehradun, Mar 22 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Ganesh Joshi, who was arrested for allegedly thrashing police horse Shaktimaan during protest, was granted bail on Tuesday by Dehradun sessions court. His family was seen celebrating with colours after the BJP MLA was granted bail. The MLA was in jail since Friday after he was sent to 14-days judicial custody following the gruesome incident. He was booked under section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.
