New Delhi, Mar 22 (ANI): The second round of odd-even formula, a car rationing scheme aimed at checking pollution levels in the capital, will be applicable from April 15 to April 30, Delhi government announced. Under the initiative, fuel-based private vehicles with odd and even numbers will run on alternate days - even numbered vehicles on even dates and odd numbered on odd dates - for a fortnight in the most polluted city.
