Dehradun, Mar 21 (ANI): The innocent police horse, ‘Shaktiman’, who lost a leg in a clash between Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and police force when BJP MLA Ganesh Joshi allegedly thrashed it in Dehradun, is showing signs of recovery. Dr Rajesh Nautiyal, who is treating amputated Shaktiman, on Monday said he is proving to be a real “Shaktiman” by responding well to the treatment.
