Fantastic customer service. I called around to many places asking for help, but no-one wanted to give me the time of day, untill I called Paul. I was amazed with his patience in helping me solve my problems, he was able to coach me through remote support and log into my system for a small fee and fix 3 issues within 1 hours time. He has earned my respect!
