Aligarh, Mar 20 (ANI): A resident of Rana Gaon under Gonda police station in Aligarh District of Uttar Pradesh has claimed that a Panchayat poll candidate allegedly beat him after he lost. The victim claimed that the accused beat him black and blue on March 15 as he refused to vote for him in the elections, which took place two months back. Aligarh Superintendent of Police (Rural) Brajesh Kumar Singh said actions would be taken against the accused once the medicals report of the victim was received. He said the matter would be investigated accordingly.
