Hacker group anonymous on Thursday announced that they have released US Presidential candidate Donald Trump's phone number and social security number.
The group announced the alleged hack in a YouTube video soon after announcing that the hacker's group has waged a 'total war' on Donald Trump.
A masked speaker in the YouTube video said, "Donald Trump has set his ambitions on the White House in order to promote an agenda of fascism and xenophobia as well as the religious persecution of Muslims through totalitarian policies."
Soon after the alleged hack, Donald Trump's campaign released a statement promising that all involved in the hack will be held accountable.
The statement said, "The government and law enforcement authorities are seeking the arrest of the people responsible for attempting to illegally hack Mr. Trump's accounts and telephone information."
ABC News reported that a government official has confirmed that federal authorities are currently investigating the incident.
The hackers group also released Trump's children's names, birth date, his company address and also outdated information including legal representation. After posting the documents, the group publicly announced the hack on Twitter.
