New Delhi, Mar 18 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Subramanian Swamy on Friday said the media 'distorted' Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) joint general secretary Dattatreya Hosabale's remark on homosexuality, saying the government won't tolerate expression of homosexual behaviour in public places. Meanwhile, Congress leader Randeep Surjewala demanded a clarification from RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on the issue. Janata Dal (United) chief Sharad Yadav, however, avoided commenting on Hosabale's remark, saying the issue doesn't hold much importance. Speaking at the India Today conclave yesterday, the RSS joint general secretary had said that sexual preferences are personal and homosexuality is not a crime.
