Dehradun, Mar 17 (ANI): Expressing concern over the recovery of police horse Shaktiman, who was allegedly injured by Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Ganesh Joshi, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat on Thursday assured that the best possible treatment would be given to the ailing animal. Rawat said that the entire episode was a blot on the image of his state and lamented the fact that such a treatment was meted out to the horse. He added that he is worried about the horse. It is sad that the Horse, which was on duty, is not being looked at from humanitarian point of view.
