New Delhi, Mar 16 (ANI): Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Wednesday introduced the Aadhaar Bill in the Rajya Sabha, seeking protection of privacy of citizens. Jaitely said the new Aadhar bill borrows certain ideas from the previous UPA government but their bill stands altered as it was just for the creation of a UID authority. He further stated that just because an unlegislated executive government action is challenged before court, Parliament doesn't lose its right to legislate
