New Delhi, Mar 15 (ANI): Bollywood actress Rekha on Tuesday made her first appearance in the Rajya Sabha this year. Rekha, who is a nominated member of the Rajya Sabha, avoided the media. The actress folded her hands in a courteous gesture prior to entering the Rajya Sabha.
