Chandigarh, Mar 15 (ANI): Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Tuesday said he is hopeful that Governor Kaptan Singh Solanki will not give assent to Punjab's bill on the Sutlej-Yamuna Link issue. Khattar alleged that Punjab's cabinet decision to de-notify the land allotted for the link of two rivers is unconstitutional.
