Ivory Coast raises security alert to highest level after attack

Ivory Coast has raised its security alert to the highest level and declared three days of national mourning after Sunday's attack on a beach resort. Eighteen people were killed after gunmen hit three hotels in Grand Bassam. Nicolas Haque reports.
