In an effort to curb illegal fishing Indonesian authorities today (14 March) sank the vessel "Viking" with a controlled explosion.
The Viking, which The Sea Shepherd Conservation Society claims has been fishing illegally around Antarctica for more than a decade, was the last of six vessels to be sunk for the crime of poaching toothfish.
