New Delhi, Mar 14 (ANI): The Ethics Committee of the Rajya Sabha, headed by veteran Congress leader Karan Singh, on Monday took cognisance of the issue of Vijay Mallya, who has fled the country without repaying his debt of over Rs 9,000 crore to banks. Divulging details, Singh said they have decided to proceed on the Vijay Mallya’s issue according to the panel's rules.
