Dehradun, Mar 14 (ANI): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers protesting outside the Uttarakhand State Assembly were detained after they gheraoed the assembly. The protestors accused the present Congress government of not delivering well on all fronts. The police used water cannons to disperse the agitating crowd. The protest has come up after a furore was sparked in the state assembly during Chief Minister (CM) Harish Rawat’s address on Friday.
