Turkish capital Ankara rocked by fatal explosion

A suspected car bomb has exploded in the Kizilay neighbourhood of the Turkish capital Ankara, with reports of at least five people killed.
State-run broadcaster TRT said the car had exploded close to a bus stop.
Witnesses say the explosion was in the Guven park which is close to many government ministries.
Some vehicles were on fire.
It said that the area was being evacuated in case there was a second attack.
