New Delhi, Mar 12 (ANI): Cultural ceremonies were underway on the second day of 'World Culture Festival' being organised by the Art of Living (AOL) Foundation in New Delhi.
The three-day festival on the Yamuna floodplains kicked off yesterday after the National Green Tribunal (NGT) on Wednesday gave clearance to it.
