Raebareli, Mar 11 (ANI): A thirty-year old mentally ill woman was allegedly gangraped in Raebareli on Thursday. According to the police, around eight to nine people have been detained for questioning. A FIR has been lodged and the police are investigating the matter. This incident is drawing attention and the ire of various politicians and activists on the law and order situation in Uttar Pradesh.
