I was very pleased with the service. I wasn't sure the extent of the damage done to my laptop, which had feel off the roof of my, was possibly run over, and all I knew was that the screen was busted. I wasn't sure if it was still operational. Paul could have took advantage of this and capitalized on this opportunity. When it was all said and done, after he replaced the screen my laptop didn't have any other problems so all he did was charge me for the screen replacement and gave me a nice lifetime antivirus program that has been amazing. I would refer Paul to anyone who needed some computer...
