Fishes die as sewage merges into Bengaluru's Ulsoor Lake

Bengaluru, Mar 07 (ANI): Scores of dead fishes surfaced at Ulsoor Lake, which is considered a heritage in Bengaluru. For many years, the lake had been choked with water and the reason for the death is not known. President of Ulsoor Welfare Society V Purushottam said an entire sewage has merged into the lake, numerous complaints have been registered but no action has been taken to improve lake's condition. The city has been struggling to clean up its badly polluted lakes.
