Buster Keaton (1895-1966) is regarded as one of the most talented comedians and creative directors in the history of motion pictures. His film, "The General", is listed as being one of the greatest films of all time.

In 1958, Keaton began starring in commercials for Alka Seltzer. The first of these commercials (Part 1) shows Buster Keaton dealing with the trials and tribulations of being a mailman.

In January 1966, Buster Keaton was diagnosed with having advance stages of lung cancer. Yet, he was never told of this, and up until the day of his death had absolutely no idea he was terminally ill.
