Srinagar, Mar 05 (ANI): Speaking on the occasion of passing out parade of Indian Army’s (JKLI) Jammu Kashmir Lite Infantry battalion at Regimental Centre Rengreth in Srinagar, General Officer Commanding of Army's 15 Corps, Lt. General Satish Dua on Saturday said the response to recruitment rallies in different regiments is enthusiastic. Citing an example from last year, he said that nearly 20,000 youth turned up for 55 vacancies and that showed their enthusiasm for the army. He lauded the youths who join the regiment, saying they are better than the best and many have been awarded gallantry awards as well.
