New Delhi, Mar 04 (ANI): JNUSU President Kanhaiya Kumar after his release from Tihar Jail came to JNU and addressed the gathering, saying he was humbled by the support he received from all over the country. He said that he did not have any grudges against ABVP and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in particular. He also made a comment in jest that he wouldn't be witch hunting. Kanhaiya Kumar said that they didn't look at ABVP as enemy, but looked at them as opposition. He also took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's tweet of 'Satyamev Jayate,' saying that the slogan was framed by the Constitution of India. He even added that the attack on JNU is a planned one as the government wants to delegitimise the UGC protest and also dilute the fight for justice for Rohith Vemula. Kumar said that JNU demanded the right to voice one's opinion in a free manner. He concluded by saying that the fight, initiated by Rohith and the rest of the student community and peace-loving people in the country, will be pursued by JNU and they would win this battle.
