1937 directed by Charles Barton starring John Wayne, Marsha Hunt, Johnny Mack Brown, John Patterson, Monte Blue and Lucien Littlefield. Passing on a job offered to him by his cousin, Tom, The Duke, (as Dare Rudd) changes his mind when he catches a whiff of Tom’s love-interest.
