Indrans was also in the final list for the best actor selection in Kerala State Film awards 2016 but at the end jury came to a decision and choose Dulquer Salman as best actor. Indranse along with Jayasurya, Mammootty were discarded by the jury. It seems that Indrans is not happy with the decision and his response to the decision proves it.
