UPDATE - An email from Lootcrate apologized for the issue and offered to send a replacement crate. I have declined and asked for my subscription to be cancelled. I want them to understand I'm not looking for free goodies but that I hold integrity in high regard. They lost my business and I have no interest in promoting their shoddy service to my viewers. -JTF
