New Delhi, Mar 02 (ANI): Taking a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his tall promises made to the nation, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday alleged that the former has used a 'Fair and Lovely Scheme' to convert black money into white. The Congress vice-president also used the occasion to criticise Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley. He further appealed to the Prime Minister to listen to the opposition and accept their views.
