I love The Simpsons, I have been watching them ever since I can remember. What makes them great? The Simpsons is an original cartoon about a dysfunctional family, which is made up of a mother and father with their three children.\r

The father, Homer Simpson, who is a fat drunkard who works at a nuclear powerplant, by work I mean sitting down all day eating doughnuts or falling asleep. I believe Homer is the most loved character on the show. A fat man who has been doing stupid, and pointless funny things for 20 series (the show has been running for a very long time). He is most famous for his phrase, Doh, which is now an actual word in the dictionary.\r

The mother, Marge Simpson, is a hard working mother who has been putting up with her stupid husband for all their marriage, and amazingly still loves him.\r

The three children, consist of a baby Maggie, a clever young girl Lisa who is a genius and a boy Bart who like messing about and making his schools principals life a misery.\r

The thing that surprises me the most is that the Simpsons has become more funnier every episode.\r

The Simpsons movie, was an average movie. Most big Simpsons fans like myself were disappointed, because the movie had more potential, and could have been more funnier. I did enjoy watching it, but Matt Groening (the creator of The Simpsons) could have done something better. Although the movie had some great comedy moments.\r
