New Delhi, March 02 (ANI): Underlining the major reforms made in the Union Budget 2016 discussion, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley lauded 100% Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the agricultural production, adding that it will improve food quality and benefit the farmers.The Finance Minister was addressing a gathering of industry leaders at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi on Wednesday.
