The final stages of the clearing operations in Guatemala Street in Barangay San Isidro, Makati will press ahead smoothly as families squatting in the city-owned property have either agreed to a relocation plan or accept financial assistance offered by the city government, Senior Superintendent Manuel Lukban, the new Makati police chief, said.
