Ram Gopal Varma's upcoming film is based on the evolution of hooliganism in 1980s in Vijayawada. The film is about the gang rivalry of Vangaveeti and Devineni families. The veteran director has also claimed that this will be his last Telugu film. RGV has earlier made a similar film called Rakta Charitra in 2010, with Suriya and Vivek Oberoi in the lead roles.
