Bengaluru, Mar 01 (ANI): A man has been arrested for allegedly abusing Karnataka Energy Minister D Shivkumar. The Minister alleged that the man has been harassing him for the last six months complaining that the ‘power’ in the state had declined since he came to office. Shivkumar also stated that the man had used filthy and derogatory language and had also been threatening his officials. He further said the man had been arrested as per the law.
