John Lassetire is an all-American pick up truck. He is based on the real John Lasseter, who is the creator and director of Cars and Cars2. These two cars are 1:55 scale diecast measuring 3 inches long, Johns headset is not removable and made of plastic. There is another limited edition collectors die-cast of John Lassetire red pickup truck hawaiian shirt design given to John Lasseter himself.\r

Cars 2 is a computer-animated film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. Racer Lightning McQueen and tow truck Mater head to Japan and Europe to compete in the World Grand Prix. The film is directed by John Lasseter.\r
