Santiago officially joins presidential race in 2016

Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago on Friday filed her certificate of candidacy to run for President in 2016. She will run with Senator Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., who earlier filed his CoC for the vice presidency.
