Things Youll Need\r
1. Mod Podge\r
2. Sponge brush\r
3. Scissors or sandpaper\r
4. Paper Napkins with spongebob graphic (I got mine from The Dollar Store, a package of 16 for $1)\r
5. Flip Flops\r
\r
Instructions\r
1. Remove the flip flop straps.\r
2. Cut out napkins to place on the inside soles of the flip-flops. You can also cut out things to place on the straps, if theyre made of plastic or rubber.\r
3. Arrange the napkin cutouts on your flip-flops without using any adhesive. Experiment with different placements or covering the entire inside sole and straps.\r
4. Dip a clean sponge brush or craft brush into a small amount of mod podge. Wipe off the excess glue, and brush over the sole of the shoe. Using too much glue can cause the paper to pucker, so use as little as possible. Repeat with the other shoe.\r
5. Allow the napkin cutouts on the inside sole to dry. \r
6. Apply a second all-over coat over the napkin cutouts. Let your flip-flops dry completely before reapplying the straps.\r
