New Delhi, Feb 29 (ANI): Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Mondaydescribed the union budget for 2016-17 as a perfect people's budget, which aims to focus on the speedy development of the country. Prakash Javedkar Union Minister of State for Environment, Forests and Climate Change, echoing the same sentiments said the budget to be a progressive and visionary for the citizens of the country.
