New Delhi, Feb 29 (ANI): Former Finance Minister Yashwant Sinha on Monday praised the general budget proposals for fiscal 2016-17 presented by Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in Parliament, saying that the latter has passed the test, as there is something for everyone in this budget. Dubbing the budget proposals as ‘progressive’ and ‘visionary’, he also said that this budget is for everyone. He also said that during the budget discussion, black money was their main concern and so the government will focus on it.
