JNU row to be investigated by Special Cell: Delhi Police chief

New Delhi, Feb 27 (ANI): Delhi Police Commissioner B.S. Bassi on Saturday said that the sedition case against five students of the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) should be transferred to its Special Cell. Divulging details, Bassi said the police are interrogating Kanhaiya Kumar and other accused. He added that the investigating officer will take a call after that and he has asked that investigation should be transferred to Special Cell. He added that it becomes difficult for the police to carry out focused investigation in the case as they have other responsibilities as well.
