This weeks meeting investigates and examines a theory that is frequently sent my way - that Bill Cipher might be Dipper Pines from the future or a different dimension. Perhaps a version of Dipper Pines who made the wrong decisions. Decisions which left him trapped in the Mindscape and stuck between worlds!\r

The key piece of evidence presented by theorists who believe Bill Cipher is really Dipper Pines is the recent scene in Not What He Seems when the energy surges and Dippers pupils seemingly elongate. Though this could indicate that Dipper Pines has a connection to Bill Cipher - its more likely connected to an animation technique called Squash and Stretch.\r

Most of the other evidence presented for this theory is circumstantial - Bill Ciphers potential sibling and the fact that he has never harmed Dipper Pines or Mabel Pines could be easily written off as well, but these are just my theories!
