Mumbai, Feb. 24 (ANI): With actor Sanjay Dutt set to walk out of Yerwada Jail in Pune on Thursday after serving 42 months under the Arms Act in the 1993 Bombay blast case, social activist Pradip Bhalekar on Wednesday filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the Bombay High Court against his early release. Questioning the "special treatment" given to the actor, the PIL, which is likely to be taken up by the court on Thursday, sought the cancellation of the Maharashtra Government's decision to grant him a remission. The PIL urged the court to order the actor to serve his entire five-year sentence.
