To get perfect for speed and no damage on wire sponge it can be difficult.
First pick up the heart quickly in the top left corner of the start. Begin dashing through and save a charged shot for the second green enemy. Jump atop the sentries and get to the higher ground. Run and dash through to the E-Sub Tank.
For the second part of the stage. It is going to take some practice. You really don't have to even shoot anything here. Just dash and dodge until you get towards the Boss.
Near the boss let the purple guy jump at you dodge him and charge your X-Buster. Release it on the Big Scorpion Robot. Quickly take out the other purple enemy. Charge 1-2 More times until you feel comfortable blasting him CLOSE with the X-Buster. Head Into the Boss Door and
