New Delhi, Feb 21 (ANI): Nepal Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Sunday said that the process of the Constitution making and its declaration was very democratic in the country. He also said that after the second constituent assembly elections, the people discussed different matters and the draft was sent to the MPs. On September 20 last year, Nepal President Ram Baran Yadav announced that his country had a new constitution, which is the result of eight years of deliberation, including the failure of the first Constituent Assembly in 2012. It is the seventh constitution to have been adopted by Nepal in the last 67 years and the first by democratically elected representatives.
