Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will debate with the Jews on the basis of the Torah and many of them they will embrace Islam

“When he (Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)) appears," that is, when he becomes visible, “he will debate…" on the issues he preaches, "… with the Jews on the basis of the Torah."  I mean, he will say, 'see that what I've been saying is all true…'  So the accounts state that he will debate on the issues with Jews. "… and he will prove what he says. As a result, a great many of them (Jews) will embrace Islam." The Qur'an refers to that fact as well. But, when will he discuss them? When Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) becomes visible. He debates on the issues he preaches. So he will say to Jews; 'Okay, let us all put the Torah in practice but these parts are merely superstitions. And, those chapters are original.' He will prove his accounts and persuade rabbis on this issue; he, subsequently, will put across the explicit provisions of the Torah, and dissuade them from believing the corrupted chapters.
