Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon says the outcome of David Cameron's negotiation in Brussels was disappointing but not the most important issue about EU membership. "It's time to get onto the big picture case. Why is it better for us to remain within the European Union?" She and the PM will be voting the same way in June - but for very different reasons, she says. "One of the reasons why it would concern me greatly if we came out of the EU is that we would have David Cameron's Conservative government unfettered on issues like employment rights."
