Welcome to episode three of Lets Play Metroid for the NES! With Kraid having been defeated in the depths of Brinstar, its time to move on to Norfair, a fiery realm that contains three important upgrades: The Screw Attack, the Hi-Jump Boots, and the Wave Beam. The biggest hazard in this area is getting knocked into the lava by the various hostile enemies. Once the upgrades have been gathered, we have to travel to the very bottom of Norfair to reach an elevator to take us to the second mini-boss area. \r
