Chandigarh, Feb 20 (ANI): Haryana Director General of Police (DGP) Y.P. Singhal has denied any intelligence failure during the ongoing pro-reservation protest in Haryana by the Jat community. He however admitted that the state police have failed to curb the violence in the state. He also stated that 10 companies of paramilitary forces have reached and another 23 are on their way. He further appealed the youngsters not to take part in such protests and also requested elders of the community to discourage the youth from protesting and stop them from moving towards cities.
