What is Tui Na massage?
One of the oldest forms of therapeutic massage is a Chinese tui-na massage, literally "squeeze and rub," that it is a ball of the thumb or index finger and sometimes the joints of the middle finger. Tui Na massage is done at the touch of a thumb or wrist, pushing it deep into the tissue, and then loosen the pressure and immediately massaged surface circular movements. This therapy compression and rubbing is applied along the entire length of a certain Meridian Energy and nerve channels associated with organs and tissues in need of treatment. The authorities stalled and toxic tissue activated by deep pressure along the meridians and nerves that control them, are encouraged to drain toxins and restoration of function. The deep pressure and rhythmic rubbing gradually "mixed" toxic residues from the tissue and lead them into the lymphatic system drains. Some tui-na therapists begin each treatment by 10 to 20 minutes direct to the four branches of the bladder Meridian, trailing by Kismet, with two parallel channels on each side. This relaxes the internal organs, nervous system switches the mode of treatment and relieves tension from the muscles.
