New Delhi, Feb 16 (ANI): Talking to media persons after the all-party meeting called by Prime Minister Narendra Modi before the Budget Session, Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Venkaiah Naidu on Tuesday said the opposition parties agreed for the smooth functioning of the House. The Budget Session of Parliament will commence on February 23.The Rail Budget will be presented on February 25 and the Economic survey on February 26. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will present the Union Budget for 2016-17 on February 29.
